Help Viewing Video Clips
1. You require Windows Media Player to watch the video clips, or a player which will view "WMV" files. You can download media player here
2. Video is provided in 2 formats designed so you can watch them as they download (streaming). Modem/ISDN or 64K users should select Low Quality, while users with faster connections such as Cable and ADSL should select Hi Quality. After selecting your option, there may be a several seconds pause before viewing begins. This is normal. Should a "Save As" prompt appear, read 3 and 4 below which both relate to this.
3. If you have a slow connection and would like to watch the High Quality video clips, you can do. Right click the "High Quality" link and select "Save As" (or a similar option shown). This will allow you to download the video clip and then view it from your computer's hard drive.
4. Depending on the configuration of your computer, you may be asked if you wish to download the video clips when you select them. In this case, Windows Media Player may not be the associated application for WMV files. If this is the case, it can be corrected by first running Windows Media Player and then, from the menu selecting Tools -> Options -> Formats and checking "Windows Media Audio/Video file. This may vary depending on your version of media player. In the case of 3 above, you may find it useful to download the video clip rather than stream it into Windows Media Player anyway.
